Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") supplements the Terms of Service. By using VibecodeAEO, you agree to these rules. Violations may result in suspension or termination without refund.
1. Authorized Scanning Only
- Only scan websites you own or have explicit authorization to analyze (employer, client with signed agreement, etc.).
- Competitor-comparison scans are permitted on publicly accessible pages, but do not attempt to access gated or restricted content belonging to others.
2. No Abuse of AI Features
- Do not use the Service to generate content that is illegal, defamatory, harassing, hateful, infringing, or misleading.
- Do not use the Service to create or promote disinformation, deepfakes, phishing, malware, or spam.
- Do not attempt prompt injection, jailbreaks, or circumvention of safety filters.
3. No Scraping or Overloading
- Do not scrape VibecodeAEO itself, its APIs, reports, or database.
- Do not exceed published rate limits or automate account creation.
- Do not use the Service in a way that degrades performance for other users.
4. No Reverse Engineering
- Do not decompile, disassemble, or reverse-engineer the platform or attempt to extract our scoring algorithms.
- Do not resell, sublicense, or "white-label" the Service without a written commercial agreement.
5. No Account Abuse
- Do not share account credentials across multiple users — each human user needs their own login.
- Do not create multiple accounts to circumvent plan limits, trial restrictions, or referral bonuses.
6. Security
- Responsibly disclose security vulnerabilities to [email protected]. Do not publicly disclose before we have had a reasonable chance to respond.
- Do not probe, scan, or test our infrastructure without prior written permission.
7. Enforcement
We may suspend or terminate any account we reasonably believe violates this AUP. Severe violations (e.g., use for illegal purposes, fraud, attacks on our infrastructure) may be reported to law enforcement.
8. Reporting Abuse
If you see misuse of the Service, report it to [email protected] with "Abuse" in the subject.
