VibecodeAEO is a software-as-a-service platform that analyzes public web content and how it is surfaced by third-party AI assistants (including but not limited to OpenAI ChatGPT, Google Gemini, and Perplexity). Features include brand-mention scans, AI readiness audits, competitor comparisons, content recommendations, scheduled monitoring, and email reporting.
You agree not to misuse the Service. Full rules are in our Acceptable Use Policy. In short: no scanning sites you are not authorized to analyze, no scraping VibecodeAEO itself, no reverse engineering, no circumventing rate limits, no abuse of AI features to generate illegal or harmful content.
You retain ownership of any URLs, keywords, prompts, competitor lists, brand assets, and other inputs you submit ("Your Content"). You grant VibecodeAEO a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process Your Content solely to provide the Service, improve its models internally (in aggregated, de-identified form), and deliver reports and emails you request.
The Service sends queries to third-party AI providers including OpenAI and Google. Their responses are generated by those providers and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or biased. VibecodeAEO does not control, endorse, or guarantee third-party output. You should independently verify important findings before making business decisions.
The Service, including the VibecodeAEO name, logo, dashboards, reports, scoring algorithms, written content, and code, is owned by VibecodeAEO and protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited rights granted here, no rights are transferred to you.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, OR AVAILABILITY. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT AI-GENERATED OUTPUTS ARE ACCURATE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VIBECODEAEO AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUES, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR USD $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
You agree to indemnify and hold VibecodeAEO harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your use of the Service, Your Content, or your violation of these Terms.
You may cancel at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your access ends and we may delete your data after a reasonable retention window, subject to our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which VibecodeAEO's operator is established, excluding conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction. You waive any right to a class action.
