Refund Policy

1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are a new customer and not satisfied with VibecodeAEO, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your first paid charge, no questions asked.

2. Monthly Subscriptions

• You can cancel any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you retain access until then.
• We do not prorate refunds for partial months outside the 14-day window.

3. Annual Subscriptions

• Full refund if requested within 14 days of the initial annual charge.
• After 14 days, you may request a prorated refund for the remaining unused months. A non-refundable administrative fee equal to one monthly equivalent may apply.

4. Credit Add-On Packs

One-time credit packs are refundable only if no credits from the pack have been consumed. Once any credit from the pack is used, the pack is non-refundable.

5. Free Trials

Free trials are free — there is nothing to refund. You will not be charged if you cancel before the trial ends.

6. Exceptions

Refunds will not be granted in cases of Terms of Service violations, suspected fraud, chargeback abuse, or repeated refund requests. We reserve the right to refuse a refund where, in our reasonable judgment, the request is made in bad faith.

7. How to Request a Refund

Email [email protected] from the email address on your account with the subject "Refund Request". Include your account email and a brief reason (optional). Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

8. Taxes

Refunds will include applicable taxes where we are legally required to refund them.
